Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
All bookings are made through our website and confirmed via email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
If payment is not received within 24 hours, the booking will be automatically canceled.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival: full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival: no refund.
No-shows without cancellation will be charged the full amount.
Cancellations must be made by the customer via our website and will be confirmed by email.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Tänndalen:
High season: Saturday – Saturday, check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00.
Low season: Minimum 3-night stay, flexible check-in and check-out by agreement.
Furillen:
High season: Wednesday – Wednesday, check-in at 15:00, check-out at 11:00.
Low season: Minimum 3-night stay, flexible check-in and check-out by agreement.
4. Number of Guests
The number of guests may not exceed the number of beds stated in the booking.
If exceeded, an additional fee may apply, or the booking may be canceled.
5. Cleaning and Liability
The cabin must be left clean according to our cleaning instructions.
If the cabin is not cleaned at check-out, a cleaning fee from SEK 2,500 will be charged, depending on the cabin size.
Guests are financially responsible for all damages or lost property during their stay. Any costs will be charged directly to the card used for the booking.
6. Pets
Pets are welcome in cabins where this is specified in the description.
Guests are responsible for ensuring pets do not cause damage or disturb other guests.
7. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A cleaning and restoration fee of at least SEK 5,000 will be charged for violations.
8. GDPR and Data Protection
When making a booking, we collect necessary personal data (name, address, email, phone number, and payment information) to manage your reservation.
Your information will only be used to process your booking and will not be shared with third parties, except where required for payment processing or by law.
Personal data is stored for a maximum of 12 months after your stay.
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Please contact us by email to exercise these rights.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or costs due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, power outages, extreme weather conditions, government regulations, or similar circumstances.
